President Tinubu Pledges Food Sufficiency

AT A pioneering ceremony of the 84-kilometer Bida to Minna Road, President Bola Tinubu assured Nigerians of imminent food sufficiency through government initiatives. Represented by Mohammed Idris, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Tinubu emphasized the importance of state governors’ participation in the agricultural revolution programme to ensure food security.

Highlighting the significance of collaboration between federal and state governments, Tinubu stressed that such synergy is essential for national growth. He applauded the development initiatives of Niger state governor, emphasizing their alignment with the federal government’s objectives to tackle prevailing challenges.

Tinubu emphasized the life-saving and economic potential of road construction, emphasizing its role in fostering greater economic development. In a bid to alleviate hardship and promote prosperity, he reiterated the federal government’s commitment to supporting Niger state’s endeavors.

Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger State, on his part, affirmed the commencement of over 1000 kilometers of road construction across the state. He assured stakeholders of the administration’s dedication to ensuring the success of these projects, dismissing doubts regarding their fruition.
