337 Employees Receive Promotions at Union Bank for Exceptional Performance

TO RECOGNIZE and reward exceptional employee performance, the Union Bank of Nigeria (UBN) has promoted 337 staff members across various departments.

During a recent town hall meeting, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO), Yetunde Oni, UBN, emphasized the bank’s dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Oni praised the promoted employees for their outstanding performance, leadership, and adherence to the bank’s core values.

She highlighted that these promotions reflect the bank’s continuous investment in its workforce, which she views as its greatest asset.

Oni also expressed her excitement about the future contributions of these employees, anticipating that their new roles will inspire and lead the bank to greater success.

She said the recognition of these employees is part of UBN’s broader strategy to foster talent and promote professional development.

The MD/CEO further assured stakeholders of the bank’s commitment to maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages career advancement.

She said the UBN will continue to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive operational excellence, ensuring that the bank meets the evolving needs of its customers and stakeholders.
