LEADERSHIP CHANGED hands at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited yesterday, with Bayo Ojulari handed the baton of Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) by the outgoing GCEO Mele Kyari.
The handover, which took place at the NNPC Towers, saw Ojulari praise Kyari for his invaluable contributions to the company and the nation.
Ojulari outlined his vision to build on Kyari’s successes and elevate NNPC to new heights, expressing his reliance on the support of the management and staff as well as Kyari’s continued counsel.
The new GCEO commend Kyari for his exceptional service and growth of the company.
Kyari, in turn, congratulated Ojulari and expressed gratitude for the support received throughout his tenure.
He pledged his continued assistance, reinforcing that he would always be available to offer guidance.
Simultaneously, NNPC Ltd unveiled a new eight-member Senior Management Team.
Under Ojulari’s leadership, the team includes:
Rowland Ewubare as Group Chief Operating Officer,
Adedapo Segun as Group Chief Financial Officer,
Olalekan Ogunleye as Executive Vice President of Gas, Power & New Energy.
Udy Ntia (Executive Vice President, Upstream),
Mumuni Dangazau (Executive Vice President, Downstream),
Sophia Mbakwe (Executive Vice President, Business Services), and
Adesua Dozie (Company Secretary & Chief Legal Officer).
