RABBI KIRK Schneider, an internationally renowned Jewish Christian preacher, has been welcomed to Delta State in Nigeria by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
The Governor called on Nigerians, on the dais of the preacher’s visit, to uphold unity and harmony, emphasising that sustainable peace is vital for the nation’s development.
The governor made the statement during a courtesy visit from Rabbi Kirt Schneider, the Jewish Christian preacher, at the Government House in Asaba on Monday.
Governor Oborevwori praised Rabbi Schneider’s dedication to evangelism and spiritual growth, acknowledging his global contributions to spreading love and hope.
He also highlighted Delta State’s commitment to fostering partnerships with faith-based organisations.
“Your presence here is a blessing to Delta State and underscores our belief in the power of prayer and faith in overcoming challenges,” Oborevwori stated.
Rabbi Schneider, in turn, shared his journey of faith and commitment to soul-winning, having preached in over 200 countries.
He commended the governor for prioritising God in his administration and offered prayers for Delta State’s leaders, its people, and the revival of the nation.
The visit also culminated in special prayers for the State and Nigeria as a whole with a call on people to deepen relationships with God as a solution to humanity’s challenges.
