GLOBACOM’s GLO Jolly Win promo has created new millionaires, with recent winners honoured in Lagos.
Partnering with NCC-approved Nitroswitch and Tetragrammaton, Globacom’s Value-Added Service provider, the telecom giant presented cheques to five winners, who were credited instantly.
Since last September, the Glo Jolly Win promo has turned lives around.
Mr. Olieh Somtochukwu, a real estate professional in Anambra, was the promo’s first N1 million winner.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Adebayo Idowu, a retired schoolteacher, expressed disbelief upon receiving her prize after several missed calls; she finally attended the prize ceremony last week, deeply grateful to Globacom.
Other winners include Lagos-based printer Ganiu Bayo, corporate driver Abdul Mumuni Oseni, mechanical engineer Abiodun Oluwasanmi Temitayo, and teacher Ashimiu Aminat Idowu.
Mr. Mojeed Aluko, from Globacom’s Value Added Services Department, described the Glo Jolly Win service as a unique lottery where subscribers answer trivia or spin a wheel for prizes like airtime, data, and cash, all for N100 per day. Interested subscribers can dial *20152# or send JWD to 20152 on their Glo lines.
