The African Development Bank (AfDB) is offering 40 internship positions for candidates from its Regional Member Countries (RMCs) as part of its 2025 Internship Programme.
The initiative is aimed at advancing development across RMCs through capacity building activities while providing young professionals with opportunities to work in an international environment.
The internship, which will either be at AfDB’s headquarters in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire) or regional offices, offers participants exposure to the bank’s operations in areas such as agriculture, human capital, risk management, economics, and more.
Interns will receive a monthly stipend and medical coverage.
Candidates must be citizens of an AfDB member country, under 30 by December 31, 2025, and hold a Bachelor’s degree, with enrollment in a Master’s programme or completion of one within the last year.
The application deadline is November 20, 2024, with the internship commencing on January 16, 2025.
