SCORES OF Globacom subscribers have been buzzing with excitement as 17 winners claimed cash prizes ranging from ₦100,000 to ₦1,000,000 in the ongoing Glo Lucky Number draw game.

At a prize presentation event held in Lagos, winners beamed with joy as they received their cheques.

Those outside Lagos collected their winnings at designated centres close to their locations.

The game, organised in collaboration with NCC-licensed aggregator Pisimobile and VAS provider Yellowdot, aims to reward Glo subscribers through a random selection process.

Subscribers’ mobile numbers are automatically entered, and the winning number must sequentially match theirs, starting from the right.

Yusuf Malzo, a dry cleaner from Bauchi State, received the grand prize of ₦1,000,000.

Overwhelmed with gratitude, he plans to expand his laundry business with the unexpected windfall.

Another winner, Olajide Afolabi, a security guard from Ondo, bagged ₦500,000 after consistently participating.

He confessed that he nearly gave up playing before receiving his life-changing win.

“This prize has given me hope,” Afolabi shared.

Meanwhile, Lagos-based driver Emmanuel Henry, who won ₦100,000, expressed determination to continue participating.

“I’ll keep playing for bigger rewards,” he said, visibly elated.

Globacom’s Head of Value-Added Services, Mojeed Aluko, emphasised that the Glo Lucky Number game is open to all subscribers.

Participants can dial *4445# or text specific keywords like WIN for daily draws, LW for weekly draws, or LM for monthly draws to the short code 4445.

Globacom reassured subscribers that more draws would occur this month and beyond, with substantial cash prizes still available to be won.
