CORPORATE REPUTAION management and policy marketing will take centre stage as industry leaders, communication experts, and top executives gather for the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) 2025 Reputation Round Table in Abuja.
The event, themed “Navigating Reputation Challenges in the Digital Era,” is scheduled for February 25th to 26th and will address pressing issues in corporate communication.
One of the event’s key highlights will be a presentation by Adetokunbo Modupe, the Chief Executive Officer of TPT International Limited.
A highly sought-after public relations strategist, Modupe will speak on “Policy Marketing and Boardroom Communication as a Public Relations Management Function.”
His expertise in shaping corporate narratives and managing reputational risks has earned him recognition as one of Africa’s leading PR consultants.
The conference will bring together prominent figures in marketing communications, including Annie Essienette, Group Manager of Marketing and Communication at Ibom Air; Professor Rotimi Oladele, a respected academic in communication studies; and Chido Nwankama, CEO of Brandhaus Communications Ltd.
The discussions will centre on strategies for safeguarding corporate reputation, crisis communication in the digital landscape, and the evolving role of PR professionals.
Veteran broadcaster Dr. Danladi Bako and Professor Okey Ikechukwu, a member of ThisDay Newspaper’s editorial board and Executive Director of the Developmental Space Academy, will co-chair the event.
Their leadership is expected to guide in-depth conversations on the intersection of reputation management and modern media dynamics.
Modupe, the founder and Chief Consultant of TPT International, has built a distinguished career in public relations and marketing communication spanning over three decades.
Known for his innovative approach, he has advised multinational corporations, government agencies, and high-profile individuals on reputation management and strategic communication.
A fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Modupe has also served as the general secretary of the Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigeria Reputation Management Group, reinforcing his influence in shaping the industry’s best practices.
His academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Leadership, Innovation, and Change from York St. John’s University in the United Kingdom, an LLB in Law from Arden University, and completion of the General Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and Strathmore Business School in Kenya.
