BARELY Forty-eight hours ago, Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan, the star of track and field, once again illuminated the world stage with her breathtaking performance, clinching the title of the fastest woman on the planet in the 100m hurdles at the prestigious Jamaica Athletics Invitational.

In a stunning showdown that captivated spectators globally, Amusan left her opponents trailing in her wake as she blazed across the finish line in a remarkable 12.40 seconds. Her victory was not merely a triumph on the track but a testament to her unwavering dedication and remarkable talent.
