PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS into the Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, can now apply for the Basic Nursing Programme as the institution has commenced the sale of Post-UTME forms.

This announcement was made by Dr. Gbonjubola Owolabi, the Provost of the College, in a statement released on Tuesday.

Dr. Owolabi specified that the forms will be available from May 20th until August 16th, with the Post-UTME examination scheduled for August 26th and 27th.

Following the examination, interviews will be conducted from September 2nd to 6th, 2024.

In her statement, Dr. Owolabi cautioned the public against sharing personal or financial information with any unofficial sources claiming to be affiliated with the College.

She emphasized that the only legitimate means of applying is through the College’s official website, www.oysconme.edu.ng or by contacting the College’s ICT center for further inquiries.

The Provost also underscored that the College maintains high standards and that admission will be based strictly on merit and only applicants who have achieved a cut-off mark of 200 and above will be considered.

Dr. Owolabi also warned against making payments through any individual, agent, or personal bank account, stressing that all application fees should be paid through the official link on the College’s website.

Upon successful completion of the programme, students will be awarded a National Diploma in Nursing according to the Provost.
