CONSISTENT DIGITAL support from Globacom has strengthened educational infrastructure and delivery at Bowen University, according to its Vice Chancellor.

Professor Jonathan Oyebamiji Babalola credited the telecommunications company for reliably supporting the university’s operations during a recent visit by Globacom’s Enterprise Sales team, led by Mr. Adeniyi Odejobi, at the campus in Iwo, Osun State.

The VC commended Globacom’s commitment, highlighting the company’s seamless service delivery that, he said, has positively impacted the institution.

Professor Babalola also urged Globacom to extend its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support to the university’s upcoming projects, which aim to further enhance educational outcomes.

In his response, Mr. Odejobi reiterated Globacom’s extensive contributions to Nigeria’s telecommunications sector.

He pointed out how the company’s 21-year history includes innovations like the Glo-1 submarine cable, which has boosted connectivity nationwide.

He invited Bowen to explore additional digital solutions, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), toll-free data, and mobility services, to help the institution achieve its academic and operational objectives.
