DIGITALLY EMPOWERED business growth is set to reach 100 small and medium-scale enterprises nationwide, as Fidelity Bank announces it will roll out its SME Empowerment Programme (SEP) with a free digital toolkit for entrepreneurs.

The bank discloses that through its Fidelity SME Empowerment Programme (FSEP), selected growth-ready businesses will receive enterprise-grade resources including a POS desktop system,

ERPRev software, a barcode scanner and receipt printer, inventory and business management tools, as well as business training, onboarding support, and branded POS access—at no cost.

The bank also said the initiative reaffirms its commitment to equipping local enterprises with practical tools that enhance efficiency, scale operations, and strengthen Nigeria’s business landscape.

Already, “studies have shown the exponential growth SMEs can achieve through digitalisation. As Nigeria’s leading SME partner, we are walking the talk by providing free digital toolkits to our customers,” said Osita Ede, Divisional Head, Product Development at Fidelity Bank.

“This aligns with our mission to help individuals grow, businesses thrive, and economies prosper,” he adds.

He also notes that the programme is part of a broader strategy to champion inclusive economic development.

“As part of its 2025 World SME Day activities, Fidelity Bank offered open access to its SME Hub in Gbagada, Lagos, and hosted a mentorship session for female entrepreneurs led by CEO Dr Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe,” Ede further said.
