ACCREDITED MEDIA organisations covering the Osun State Governorship Election will begin collecting their accreditation tags on Monday, August 10, 2026, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced.
JKNewsMedia.com reports that the distribution will begin at 10:00am at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Secretariat on Old Ede Road, Osogbo, and continue daily from Tuesday, August 11, to Thursday, August 13, between 9:00am and 4:00pm at the same venue.
INEC says media organisations that do not collect their tags during the scheduled period can pick them up on Friday, August 14, at its Osun State Office.
INEC also said Friday will be the final day for the distribution of the accreditation tags.
The commission further urged all affected media organisations to take note of the schedule and ensure they collect their tags within the stipulated period.
