PROFIT AFTER tax climbed by 33 per cent to N7.2 trillion in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL)’s 2025 financial year performance, alongside N34.5 trillion in revenue and N5.8 trillion in dividends, compared with N5.4 trillion in profit after tax in 2024.

JKNewsMedia.com reports that the NNPC Group Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari, presented the company’s 2025 Audited Financial Statement to President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday.

Ojulari was accompanied by the company’s Group Chief Finance Officer, Dapo Segun, during the presentation, which highlighted the company’s financial performance for the year ended 31 December 2025.

NNPC Limited also announced the audited results on 29 September 2026, following its Annual General Meeting and second earnings call with financial and business analysts.

According to a statement issued, the company said the results reflected growing earnings strength and improved operational performance, providing a foundation for future growth.

It also note that the reported figures place the company’s profit after tax at N7.2 trillion, up from N5.4 trillion in 2024, while revenue reached N34.5 trillion and dividend payments stood at N5.8 trillion.
