LEADERS OF Owode Onirin Market in Lagos have endorsed MoneyMaster Payment Service Bank (PSB) for its innovative financial products, excellent customer service, and dedication to promoting financial inclusion.

The market leader, Gafaru Waheed, praised the bank’s contributions during a visit by the MoneyMaster PSB team on Friday, marking the 2024 Customer Service Week celebration.

Waheed expressed his satisfaction with the banking relationship, noting how MoneyMaster has been supporting market members.

“Since my engagement with MoneyMaster, they have been delivering outstanding services, and our market members have benefited immensely from the partnership,” he said.

During the visit, traders and market visitors were introduced to financial literacy concepts, learning how to save and earn interest.

The bank also showcased various digital banking channels, and new customers were rewarded with airtime and gifts for opening accounts and conducting transactions.

Julius Arhebun, Head of Agency Business at MoneyMaster PSB, highlighted the bank’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences.

He said, “MoneyMaster prides itself on delivering exceptional services that help our customers achieve their financial goals.

“Our focus on service excellence drives us to introduce initiatives that celebrate and reward the millions of account holders who trust us.”

He also adds that MoneyMaster continues to drive financial inclusion in Nigeria, bridging the gap between the banked, underbanked, and unbanked populations by providing easy access to financial services through technology.
