CREATING A thriving workplace culture has earned Polaris Bank a major spotlight in the Nigerian banking sector.
At the 2024 Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) Annual Employers’ Excellence Awards, Polaris Bank emerged the Sectoral Winner in the Banking and Other Financial Institutions category.
The recognition, announced at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Ikeja, highlights the bank’s innovative human resource strategies, marking its first award for efforts in employee management and workplace transformation.

Speaking, Kayode Lawal, Polaris Bank’s Managing Director/CEO, lauded the achievement, emphasising its significance as a testament to the Bank’s commitment to empowering employees.
