COMMITMENT TO exceptional customer experience was the main focus as Polaris Bank successfully wrapped up activities marking the 2025 edition of Customer Service Week themed “Mission: Possible.”

The week-long celebration, held from Monday, October 6 to Friday, October 10, featured engaging customer appreciation programmes and staff recognition events across the Bank’s branches and digital platforms.

Throughout the celebration, customers were appreciated through giveaways, personalised messages, and interactive engagements across the Bank’s various touchpoints.

The management said these activities reaffirmed its continuous commitment to improving service delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Employees who demonstrated excellence in service were also recognised, underscoring the Bank’s belief that outstanding customer experience is driven by an empowered and motivated workforce.

Speaking at the close of the celebration, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Bank, Mr Kayode Lawal, expressed gratitude to customers for their loyalty and partnership, describing them as central to the Bank’s success and mission.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Their feedback, trust, and partnership inspire us to keep improving and delivering value every day. This week reaffirms that great service is not just a goal, it’s our way of life at Polaris Bank,” Mr Lawal said.

He explained that the Customer Service Week serves as an opportunity for reflection and renewal of the Bank’s service promise to operate with consistency, empathy, and excellence.

According to him, the Bank remains focused on continuous innovation in its service delivery model to meet the evolving needs of customers across its physical and digital channels.

Employees across all Polaris Bank branches participated in internal engagement and learning sessions during the week.

He also said the sessions were designed to enhance staff competence in customer interaction and strengthen the culture of service leadership that the Bank promotes.

The celebration, which aligns with the global observance of Customer Service Week, provided a platform to recognise the contributions of customer service professionals and highlight the importance of service excellence to business growth and sustainability, he noted.
