PRESIDENT BOLA Tinubu expresses relief and commendation following a series of successful military operations targeting security threats in Nigeria’s north-west.

These operations have significantly disrupted the activities of notorious bandits and terrorists in the region.

On Thursday, troops from Operation Hadarin Daji achieved a major breakthrough by neutralizing Halilu Sububu, a notorious bandit leader responsible for widespread terror across Zamfara, Sokoto, and other north-western states.

Additionally, the military conducted a joint operation in Katsina that resulted in the death of another terrorist, Sani Wala Burki.

They also dismantled a terrorist enclave in Kaduna, freeing 13 kidnapped students in the process.

This string of successes follows President Tinubu’s directive for service chiefs to remain in the region until stability is restored.

The President commends the military high command, intelligence agencies, and troops for their effective collaboration and dedication, which have led to these notable achievements.

President Tinubu praises the enhanced security across the nation and urges the security forces to maintain their efforts until all immediate and latent threats are eradicated.

He reassures the security agencies of his unwavering support in their mission to ensure national safety and security.

Thank you for your comments But I think people are finding it hard to believe because the Military can’t be neutralizing the bandits, and they keep increasing in number.
