ECONIMIC HARDSHIP continues to push Nigerians toward smarter financial habits, with many turning to savings promotions for relief.

Union Bank, in its Save and Win Palli Promo Season 4 is driving this trend, offering millions in cash prizes to encourage financial discipline.

The first monthly draw of the campaign rewarded 360 customers across the country, strengthening the bank’s commitment to supporting customers through challenging times.

At the live draw held at Union Bank’s Head Office in Marina, Lagos, 60 winners received ₦100,000 each, while 300 others won ₦50,000 gift vouchers.

The draw, conducted transparently using a digital process, took place under the supervision of regulatory bodies.

Speaking at the event, Gloria Omereonye, Union Bank’s Area Business Executive for Lagos Island 1, emphasised the bank’s dedication to customer empowerment.

“Union Bank remains committed to rewarding financial discipline. This promo provides much-needed relief while encouraging a strong savings culture,” she stated.

The nationwide campaign, running from December 2024 to May 2025, offers a total prize pool of ₦131 million.

Customers also stand a chance to win Motorcycles, Tricycles, Fuel Vouchers, and the grand prize of ₦5 million, which will be awarded to three lucky winners at the finale.

To qualify, customers must save a minimum of ₦10,000 and perform at least five transactions monthly.

Those saving in multiples of ₦10,000 increase their chances of winning bigger prizes. New customers can join the promo by opening an account via the UnionMobile app or at any Union Bank branch, while existing customers can reactivate accounts by calling the 24-hour contact centre or visiting a branch.
