RIVERS STATE Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, will deliver a statewide broadcast at 6.00pm this evening to appreciate stakeholders for their roles in restoring peace across the state and to reaffirm his administration’s commitment to stability and development.
The Governor disclosed the plan on Friday after returning to Port Harcourt, where he was received by a large crowd of supporters at the airport.

He expressed gratitude for the solidarity extended to him and described the moment as a turning point for the state.
“We are going to address the state officially by 6 p.m., and in that broadcast, we will appreciate everyone who brought normalcy to this state,” Fubara said.
The Governor is expected to use the address to reassure residents of his administration’s determination to consolidate peace and drive development efforts across Rivers State.
