CUSTOMER COMPLAINT resolution targets set by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) were exceeded in August 2026, with Globacom earning recognition from the regulator for its performance in addressing customer issues.
JKNewsMedia.com reports that in a letter signed by Kabiru S. Haruna, Principal Manager, Consumer Protection and Advocacy, Consumer Affairs Bureau (CPACAB), the NCC confirmed that the telecommunications company surpassed its complaint resolution thresholds for Level 2 (L2) complaints.
The Commission said the achievement demonstrated Globacom’s commitment to regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and improved service delivery.

It encouraged the company to sustain the performance and continue improving the quality of its services.
Globacom attributed the improvement to regular training for customer-facing staff and investment in modern technology, which it said had strengthened its complaint management process.
It also reaffirmed its commitment to resolving customer complaints promptly and providing customers with a better service experience.
