Globacom Opens New Customer Outlet in Iyana Ipaja, Promises Enhanced Services

RESIDENTS OF Iyana Ipaja in Lagos now have closer access to Globacom services as the telecom giant launched a premium customer service outlet in the neighbourhood.

The new outlet aims to improve customer engagement and provide convenient access to Globacom’s range of products and services.

At the event, Alimosho Local Government Chairman, Hon. Jelili Suleiman Adewale, praised the company’s commitment to the community.

“Globacom is our company, and we will ensure this outlet thrives. You will never regret bringing your branch here,” he assured.

The opening attracted notable figures, including Hon. Obadina Ahmed, Speaker of the Alimosho LGA House, and Chief Akeweje of Alimosho General, who represented the Baale of Iyana Ipaja, High Chief Rasak Mosaku.

Globacom’s business partner, Chukwuma Leonard of Talkpoint Telecommunications, commended the company for its strategic presence in the area.

Abdulrazaq Ande, Globacom’s representative, described the new outlet as a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance the customer experience.

He highlighted services such as Glo Berekete 10X, which provides significant rewards for recharges, and the Glo Café app, a comprehensive platform for digital services.

Equipped with trained staff, the outlet promises to address customer complaints efficiently while offering innovative solutions like free Instagram and TikTok access and double data benefits.

This initiative aligns with Globacom’s mission to make its services more accessible and engaging for its customers.
