AHEAD of the commencement of the 2024 United Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has issued a directive for registered candidates to print their notification slips.

Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the board’s spokesperson, conveyed this information in a statement released in Abuja on Thursday.

According to Benajmin, the notification slips contain crucial details such as the examination date, venue, and the time, emphasizing the importance for candidates to have access to this information well in advance of their scheduled exams.

“All candidates registered for the 2024 UTME, set to begin on Friday, April 19, are urged to print their notification slips before the commencement date,” Benjamin stated.

To print the slip, candidates are instructed to visit the JAMB website at www.jamb.gov.ng, navigate to the “2024 UTME Slip Print” section, input their registration number, and click on print.

Benjamin clarified that the slip can be printed from any location with access to an internet-enabled computer. In order to avoid any delays or complications on the day of the examination, candidates are advised to print their notification slips on or before Friday, April 19; this proactive measure will ensure that candidates are familiar with the location of their designated exam centre, thereby minimizing risk if tardiness.

As a reminder, the 2024 UTME is scheduled to commence on Friday, April 19, and conclude on Monday, April 29; candidates are urged to adhere to all instructions provided by JAMB to ensure a smooth and successful examinations experience.
