OFFICIAL NATIONAL representation on the Davos Promenade is set to debut with the establishment of Nigeria House Davos (NHD) during the 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum 2026, holding from 19 to 23 January 2026 in Davos, Switzerland.
The initiative will provide a platform to present the country’s economic reforms, investment readiness, institutional strength, and cultural identity on the global stage.
The Federal Government said the NHD is designed to strengthen foreign direct investment flows, deepen strategic partnerships, and advance the country’s global economic positioning in line with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
A statement signed by Abiodun Oladunjoye, Director of Information & Public Relations at the State House on 9th January 2026 notes that the NHD is also structured as a Public–Private Partnership involving key ministries, including the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade & Investment, Finance, and Foreign Affairs, together with the private sector.
Also, Eviola & Co Integrated Services Ltd serves as Lead Coordinating and Executing Organisation, working in consortium with Lex-Con Advisory Services Ltd and UFAM Services Nigeria Ltd, alongside international technical and delivery partners.
The government described the partnership as combining public-sector leadership with private-sector execution expertise to ensure a professional, credible, and impactful national representation.
NHD will also act as a sovereign convening platform hosting ministerial engagements, high-level roundtables, policy dialogues, investment meetings, cultural diplomacy, and strategic bilateral discussions adding that its programme will span five thematic days covering Solid Minerals and Mining Value Chains, Trade Infrastructure and Agriculture, Climate Investment, Energy and Environmental Sustainability, Digital Trade and Technology, Creative Economy and Cultural Exports, and Cross-Sector Convergence. Finance, legislation, investment security, and investor assurance will be integrated across all discussions.
The Presidency also noted that leading nations and global corporations have long used Davos Houses as instruments of soft power, economic diplomacy, and global influence and added that NHD will provide the country with the opportunity to present its narrative directly, engage global decision-makers, and highlight its reform-driven economy as open for partnerships and investment.
The statement also said that strategic participation by public institutions, the private sector, development finance institutions, and international partners is further encouraged to ensure a unified, dignified, and impactful debut presence on the Davos Promenade.
According to the Presidency, NHD reflects the country’s confidence, ambition, and readiness to engage the world, presenting Nigeria’s narrative with clarity, credibility, and purpose.
